Dear Chicago UBF member: May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. As mentioned yesterday, Elder J*im Rarick’s father Harold went to be with the Lord last week. I was personally encouraged by him many times after a UBF Sunday worship service or conference he attended–and he attended many. He was always joyful and shared words that built up God’s people. My heart was moved to hear that he passed out Bibles with the Gideons on college campuses and at public events even to the age of 87. And a young high school student was led to the Lord through him about a year ago. He is the father of our beloved Elder Jim Rarick. Thanks for your prayers for this family.
